Sun Wind is owned and operated by Paros local Theo Fisilani. Theo is certified by the Hellenic Sailing Coaches Association, holds a Lifeguard Certification and brings more than 20 years of experience to his work. Along with his first-rate staff, there is a wealth of knowledge dedicated to making your vacation fun and enjoyable.

SAIL SITE

Sun Wind is located in the center of Golden Beach, a pristine, sandy beach
-- Paros' largest -- and adjacent to the PWA World Cup site, held here consecutively since 1993. Here, the well-known Northern wind "Meltemi" blows 80% of the time in the summer months and is strengthened by the channel created between Paros and the neigboring island of Naxos.

Conditions are ideal for all levels of of sailor; inside the protected bay there is flat water while outside there is chop and small waves. The wind is side-shore when it is less than force 5 and offshore when stronger. For those craving larger waves, you may take your equipment to Tsoukalia, a wave site just a 20 minute drive from Golden Beach.

Our equipment represents some of the best production boards and rigs on the market today. It is chosen with our conditions and our customers in mind so whatever your abilities and whatever the conditions, you are sure to have a great time sailing! Windsurf rental includes board and rig of choice, unlimited equipment exchange* and harness.

LESSONS
	We offer windsurfing Lessons for all levels. If it's your first time on the water, or you're ready to learn a water start or perfect your gybe, we can teach you. We also feature beginning lessons for children. Our qualified instructors are experienced, patient teachers. Most hold certifications in windsurfing instruction and technique from their home countrys and many have or currently compete in a variety of disciplines of windsurfing. Lessons are offered in one-hour increments. You may take just one lesson or book a series.
Two of our highly qualified teachers from summer 2005: David and Stefan with Aria. Here our instructor is teaching from the kayak to insure better instruction and highest regard for safety.
